This student-led mini exhibition of project work will be accompanied by engaging conversation with heritage sector professionals. An informal, two-hour event, ‘Heritage for Emerging Creatives’ celebrates the recent National Trust and Bath Spa University (BSU) collaborative project about the Bath Assembly Rooms (BAR).

Colleagues from the National Trust will share their insights and experiences of working on heritage projects in Bath, which is a rare double-inscribed World Heritage Site. They will share how their own careers took shape, the skills they learned along the way, and what it’s like to work at the National Trust - a heritage and nature conservation charity and membership organisation founded in 1895.

Somer is both a store and community space focused on sustainable design that supports BSU students and alumni in showcasing their ideas, products and designs. Somer offers a creative, city-based pop-up space for all BSU students who have a contribution to make to professionally creative ideas and action.

Free event. No booking required.
